Everyday we receive several “bounces” of Order Confirmation emails. The emails come back because of several reasons.
- This biggest reason looks like this (or some variant of this)
mailcluster-smtp.xfoneusa.net[220.127.116.11] said: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1 - chkusr) (in reply to RCPT TO command)
This means that the email address we are trying to send to does not exist. Without the right email address – we can’t get the Order Confirmation Email delivered.
- Spam Filter bounces – Some email services – earthlink.net in particular – require that a web page be accessed and a CAPTCHA be entered before they will deliver the email. Our Order Confirmation email sender is unable to access the web page to enable the email delivery. If your email provider requires this type of authentication before it will receive email from us, you may be able to add mcmurrayhatchery.com to your white list.This is example of what a spam filter bounce looks like.

We want you to get your Order Confirmation email. Please help us by doing two things.
- Make sure we have a correct and valid email address for you.
- Add mcmurrayhatchery.com to your white list.
