McMurray Hatchery is a family-owned business that has been serving generations of poultry owners for over a century — and our employees are our family, too. In this, the fourth article in our Meet Our Team series, we are proud to highlight our Office Manager, Audra D, who has been with the company for fourteen years.
The office staff and customer service department at McMurray Hatchery is by far the best around, and Audra keeps everything moving — from managing our knowledgeable staff in the call center to billing to assisting Bud and Tom, she does it all.

What is your favorite egg, chicken, or turkey recipe? My favorite recipe is Breakfast Casserole (recipe below). It is a great way to use up extra eggs.
Audra’s Breakfast Casserole
1 package hash browns
1 dozen eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups ham, sausage or bacon
2 cups shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Grease a 9×13 pan. Put hash browns in the bottom. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and eggs. Add the meat and cheese to the mixture. Pour over hash browns and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
